Cashew Holiday Loaf

3 cups ground raw cashews (measure before grinding)
2 cups vegan burger substitute
2 Tbsp oil
1 large onion, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
½ tsp salt
3 tsp McKay’s chicken seasoning
3 tsp Ener-G Egg Replacer mixed with 2 Tbsp water
1 cup soymilk
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

Ground the cashews. MIX well all the ingredients together including the ground cashews. POUR into an oiled pan and cover with foil. SET in shallow pan of water. BAKE at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. UNCOVER and remove from water for the last 10 minutes of baking.
